Anker has brought its Soundcore Sleep A30 , the third generation of its sleep-focused earbuds, to IFA 2025 . The new audio product is the successor to the A10 and A20 models. The Soundcore A30 earphones are designed to provide a restful night’s sleep through a combination of active noise cancellation, smart audio features, and a refined form factor. They are currently available for pre-order and are expected to launch in August for $229.99 in the US.
Soundcore Sleep A30 earbuds promises a quieter night’s sleep
The earbuds use a “Smart ANC” system that aims to eliminate disruptive external noise by blocking up to 30dB of sound. This includes traffic and other household disturbances. A key feature is the “Adaptive Snore Masking System,” which is part of what Soundcore refers to as a “Triple Intelligent Snore-Masking” system. With this tech , the charging case uses an AI algorithm to detect and analyze snoring. In response, the earbuds generate a customized masking audio to suppress the sound in real time. This functionality is part of an “ANC+PNC” dual system that combines both active noise cancellation and passive noise reduction. Memory foam ear tips are also a key part of the experience.
Recognizing the needs of side-sleepers, the Sleep A30’s new form factor is 7% slimmer than previous models. This ergonomic design wants to reduce pressure on the ear when the user’s head is resting on a pillow. The earbuds have a “3D Design for Ear Pain Relief,” and you will find a healthy list of ear tips to choose from. We’re talking about four pairs of silicone ear tips, three pairs of memory foam ear tips, and three pairs of ear wings to ensure a customized and secure fit for all-night use. The Sleep A30 will be available in two colors: classic white and mist green.
AI Brainwave Audio
In addition to noise-blocking, the Sleep A30 offers “AI Brainwave Audio.” This system generates binaural beat soundscapes that help users relax faster and enter a state of calm. The binaural beat frequency helps stimulate the brain to produce calming brainwaves. Users can also stream music and podcasts from a mobile device or listen to pre-loaded sounds.
During battery life, the earbuds provide up to 9 hours of playback in “local mode” with sound effects stored in the earbuds. You’ll get up to 6.5 hours when streaming music via Bluetooth. When combined with a fully charged case, the total battery life extends to 45 hours.
The Sleep A30 also includes automatic sleep monitoring to track duration and sleep position. You can get reports of your sleep quality from a companion app. A repeatable alarm with a new snooze function allows for a personalized wake-up experience that does not disturb others. Lastly, the “Find My Earbud” feature can play an audible alert to help locate a misplaced earbud through the app.
