The wait is over. Google’s long-awaited Pixel 10 Pro XL has officially arrived. And while it won’t be available until next week , pre-orders are kicking off today. The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL price is $100 higher compared to the previous-generation model. However, Google “justifies” the increase by including double the storage in the base version this year. So, the device finally starts at 256GB, discarding the 128GB, which is already quite out of place in these price ranges.

For those new to the Pixel family, you might be wondering exactly what that price tag looks like. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Key specs

The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is quite similar to its smaller sibling, the Pixel 10. The main differences stem from the size of the two devices. In terms of tech specs, only the display and battery differ. The XL model boasts a larger 6.8-inch AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. LTPO technology allows the display to adjust its refresh rate between 1 and 120Hz. There’s also Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for serious protection.

As with last year’s model, there’s 16GB of RAM onboard. The new Tensor G5 chip is one of the most hyped aspects among fans. Many expect the new TSMC manufacturing process to offer significant improvements in energy efficiency and thermal management.

You’ll also find a rear camera system with 50MP (main) + 48MP (ultra-wide) + 48MP (5x telephoto) sensors. Once again, Google is banking on its “processing magic” for image quality improvements. Interestingly, telephoto and ultra-wide lenses now support macro shots. There’s also a 42MP sensor as the front camera, something selfie lovers will appreciate.

This year, all Pixel 10 models boast native Qi2 support, which you can take advantage of for wireless charging (15W) and magnetic accessories. Lastly, there’s a 5,200mAh battery with support for 39W wired fast charging.
