Merach has just announced two new products at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. These are two home fitness products. That includes the world’s first LLM-powered treadmill with professional joint protection and a treadmill-grade walking pad.
Merach has a compelling new treadmill that protects your knees
Let’s talk about the treadmill first, shall we? Its name is Merach UltraTread Series. It’s a mouthful, but this is a really interesting treadmill. It is equipped with a proprietary KneeGuard triple-layer suspension system, which is supposed to absorb impact force through three distinct layers.
The first layer is called ‘Silent Pressure Dispersion’. It’s a piece of thin and flexible fiberglass which disperses foot-strike pressure while it maintains quiet operation at just 60dB.
The second layer is the 49X Impact Absorption. In other words, it achieves 49 times standard impact absorption. The third layer is the 66% Energy Return. It is a 7x cushioning material, which is identical to high-end running shoes. It absorbs the final impact and delivers responsive steps with energy return.
A conversational AI coach is built into it
The treadmill integrates the industry’s first LLM-powered conversational AI coach. This intelligent assistant goes beyond basic voice commands; it proactively adjusts the treadmill’s speed and incline in real time based on your heart rate changes. By syncing with heart rate data monitored by Apple watch, the AI ensures users stay within their optimal cardio health zones for maximum safety and efficiency. And it builds personalized workout plans and communicates with users like a real human coach, offering motivation and guidance.
There’s a display at the base of the treadmill, and a “power knob” is placed around it. That’s how you communicate with the design and the built-in AI coach. You’ll also get real-time feedback here, in addition to personalized workout plans. It can also connect seamlessly to your Apple Watch. Merach says that support for more brands is coming soon.
There’s another, main display on the front, a 21.5-inch one, with wireless casting. There’s a powerful 3.0 HP continuous-duty motor built into the treadmill. The treadmill has an incline capability from 0 to 12%, and compatibility with MERIT, Zwift, and Kinomap fitness apps. It supports users up to 400 lbs.
The company also announced a walking pad with “treadmill-grade engineering”
The other product that the company announced is the Merach UltraWalk W60 Plus, a walking pad. The company says that this walking pad delivers “treadmill-grade engineering to compact home fitness.”
This one is great for smaller spaces or for minimalists. It is powered by a 3.0HP Peak / 1.25HP continuous brushless motor with an enlarged 102mm motor diameter. The treadmill supports up to 400+ lbs.
This treadmill comes with a 2-year or 2,000 km warranty, which is plenty. It has interactive RGB lighting that responds to your steps, and an integrated Bluetooth speaker.
