Motorola has started to tease its ‘Signature’ smartphone , confirming its existence, and has also announced the phone’s launch date . The Motorola Signature will become official on January 7, at least in India. The first teasers popped up in India too, actually.

At least one of the teasers popped up on Flipkart , it seems, one of the leading retailers in the country. The design of the phone was not shown, but we’ll talk about that in a moment.
The Motorola Signature teasers have landed, and Batman is indirectly referred to in one of them
If you check out the image below, you’ll see the two teasers in question. The ‘Signature’ branding is clearly mentioned here, along with a ‘premium’ tag for that line/phone.

Another teaser popped up, and this one comes from Flipkart for sure. It’s a rather fun one, as it’s referring Batman , essentially. It says “Nicknamed the ‘batwing’, this logo swoops in with sleek modernist flair.” The logo is a modified Motorola logo, basically, as you can see.

This will essentially be the rumored Motorola Edge 70 Ultra with a different name
The Motorola Signature is basically the Motorola Edge 70 Ultra , that we exclusively revealed recently. It’s the phone codenamed ‘Urus’, which is supposed to become the company’s new non-folding flagship smartphone.
The device will have a grippy back, along with three cameras on the back. Motorola will stick with its design language, though, this one won’t stray far away from what we’ve seen thus far.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip is said to fuel the device, not the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. A 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display is also expected, along with 16GB of RAM. Android 16 will also be included here.
This smartphone is expected to arrive in more markets, not just India. It’s expected to launch globally, though we don’t know its exact name just yet. Motorola could simply use the ‘Motorola Signature’ name, or add a number in there as well. We’re still not sure. ‘Signature’ will be a part of it, though, that’s for sure.
