The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is rumored to launch on February 25 and become available to purchase on March 11… globally. A well-known tipster has just shared the Galaxy S26 launch timeline for Korea , Samsung’s homeland.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 series launch timeline for Korea has been tipped

Based on what Ice Universe said, the market launch date will also be March 11, while the launch event will be February 25 , of course, as it’s a global launch event. Korea will not have a separate event or anything like that.

The tipster also said that the pre-order period will last from February 26 to March 4, for Korea, of course. The pre-sale period will kick off on March 5, and it will end on March 10, a day before the market launch date for the three devices.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 series will consist of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung was planning to release the Galaxy S26 Pro and Galaxy S26 Edge instead of the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+, but ultimately opted not to go down that road.

We’ve exclusively confirmed the designs of the Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra

We’ve exclusively shared the Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra designs quite some time ago. They will resemble their predecessors, but some subtle changes will be made. The most notable change will be visible on the back, in the design of the camera layout.

All three phones will have flat displays and will look very similar in comparison. The Galaxy S26 Ultra will include more cameras on the back, though, and the Galaxy S26 will be notably smaller than both the Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The ‘Ultra’ model will be the largest in the series, and it will include the S Pen stylus. It is the only phone in the series to do that. This could be the last Galaxy S26 Ultra to include it, though, as Samsung is rumored to remove the S Pen starting next year.

Samsung is not planning a major camera hardware revamp here, quite the opposite. Things will stay more or less the same. You can expect some camera improvements, though.
