Nubia has announced the REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ Golden Saga Edition in China. To jog your memory, the 11 Pro+ phone debuted in October last year alongside the standard variant . This special edition model now takes things to new heights with premium body materials. The device features a supercar-grade carbon fiber rear panel with a sapphire glass on top and a metal frame with a mirror silver finish.
REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ Golden Saga edition makes a debut
The REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ Golden Saga edition features a gold-plated vapor chamber , dual-tone air ducts with gold/silver accents, and a liquid cooling system in a gold finish. The REDMAGIC logo on the back also gets a gold coating. The special edition also ships in a special collector’s box. Besides the aesthetic changes, the core hardware of the phone remains similar to the standard edition.
This means you’ll see the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 ticking at the core, a large 7,500mAh battery with 120W wired and 80W wireless charging, and a 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED display with a high 144Hz refresh rate. You’ll also get a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide-angle lens. There’s a 16MP sensor on the front for selfies. The liquid-and-air cooling system manages the heat during extensive use. This also ensures sustained performance.
REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 3 Pro Golden Saga Edition
Besides the REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ Saga Edition, the company has also unveiled the Golden Saga edition of the REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 3 Pro. Even this gets a similar design language, with a gold rear logo, a gold-plated magic key, and a gold-coated ring around the rear camera. The hardware specifications of the tablet remain the same here as well.
What you get is a 9.06-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 5,280Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. It draws power from the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, paired with Red Core R3 Pro co-processor for gaming. It features the REDMAGIC signature ICE-X Cooling system and an 8,200mAh battery with 80W fast charging. For photography, you get a 13MP main lens.
Price and availability
The REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ Golden Saga edition costs CNY 9,899 (~$1,415) for the sole 24GB/1TB option. It will be up for pre-order in China soon. Details regarding the REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 3 Pro Golden Saga Edition are not available yet.
