The OnePlus 15R’s twin brother was just officially announced , showing us what the OnePlus 15R will offer. The device in question is the OnePlus Ace 6T , and it will almost certainly be rebranded as the OnePlus 15R globally. As a reminder, the OnePlus 15R will launch on December 17 .

As you can see, the OnePlus Ace 6T has a flat display, thin uniform bezels, and a centered display camera hole up top. Its frame is flat all around, while there are two cameras on the back. Those cameras sit inside a square camera island in the top-left corner. The back side of the phone is flat too.
The phone’s specs are actually quite powerful. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 fuels the device, Qualcomm’s newest processor. It is paired with 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 flash storage.
A 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display sits on the front. It supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, while 3,840Hz PWM dimming is also supported. The display is protected by the OPPO Crystal Shield Glass.
A large 8,300mAh battery is included, and 100W SuperVOOC wired charging is supported
Android 16 comes pre-installed on the phone, along with ColorOS 16. There are two SIM card slots here (nano SIM), and a huge 8,300mAh battery. 100W SuperVOOC fast wired charging is also supported.
A 50-megapixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture, 1/1.56-inch sensor size) is backed by an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera (f/2.2 aperture, 112-degree FoV). On the front, you’ll find a 16-megapixel camera (f/2.4 aperture).
The OnePlus Ace 6T is IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certified, it has the same certifications as the OnePlus 15 . It has strong ingress protection. 5G is also supported, as is Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.0.
The device has stereo speakers and measures 163.41 x 77.04 x 8mm, while it weighs 211-217 grams, depending on the model. The phone comes in Electric Violet, Shadow Green, and Flash Black colors. The OnePlus 15R could be on offer in different color options, or at least color options with different names.
The device is actually really affordable in China, though it will be more expensive globally
The pricing for the device starts at CNY2,599 ($367) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The most expensive variant includes 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and costs CNY3,899 ($551). The device will be more expensive globally, though it remains to be seen by how much.
