OnePlus’ compact flagship is on the way, and based on a new rumor, it will launch in March . The OnePlus 15T is the device in question, and the information comes from Digital Chat Station, one of the best-known tipsters around.

He went to Weibo to let us know that the OnePlus 15T will be launching in mid to late March . That phone will be fueled by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and will include a 6.31-inch display.
Do note that this information refers to the phone’s launch in China. We’re still not sure if it will get a global variant. The OnePlus 13T was rebranded as the OnePlus 13s in India. Those are the only markets that the device launched in, though. We’re not hopeful for a global launch of the OnePlus 15s either.
The phone will be quite compelling, though, especially if you’re looking for a more compact device. Don’t get us wrong, this phone won’t be small, but it will be a lot more manageable than the company’s flagship OnePlus 15.
The device will have a huge battery pack and great ingress protection
The OnePlus 15T is expected to offer up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The device is also said to have a huge battery pack on the inside, of at least 7,000mAh when it comes to capacity. It may be an even bigger battery. Either way, it will be a silicon-carbon unit.
The phone will not only support fast wired charging, but fast wireless charging will also be supported. IP68 and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance are also expected here.
Two cameras are tipped to be included on the back once again. The thing is, the OnePlus 15T is rumored to replace the ultrawide camera with a periscope telephoto unit. We sure are hoping that will happen.
Some people find ultrawide cameras more useful; well, it’s the other way around for us. Periscope telephoto cameras are immensely useful, side-by-side with main cameras in that regard.
