After launching its flagships, OnePlus appears to be shifting its focus towards its upcoming mid-range models. We’re talking specifically about the OnePlus Nord 6 . The phone bagged the TDRA certification earlier this month, confirming its existence. Now, in the latest, the OnePlus Nord 6 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, and this reveals some key details like its chipset.
OnePlus Nord 6 may arrive with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset
The OnePlus Nord 6 has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number CPH2795 , which is similar to the TDRA certification. The listing shows it has managed to score 2,109 in the single-core round and 6,503 in the multi-core segment. These are pretty decent scores for a mid-ranger.
Perhaps the most important part of the Geekbench listing is the chipset. The motherboard section mentions “sun.” It has a single core ticking at 3.21GHz, three cores at 3.01GHz, two cores at 2.80GHz, and two more cores at 2.02GHz. The source code section of Geekbench mentions the Adreno 825 GPU for graphics.

The phone could be a rebrand of the OnePlus Turbo 6
While the chipset’s name is not explicitly revealed, it is believed to be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. This adds some weight to the rumor that the OnePlus Nord 6 will be a rebrand of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which debuted in China earlier this month with the same chipset. Besides the chipset, the variant that appeared on Geekbench packs 12GB of RAM. But then, there should be other options during launch. The listing shows it runs on Android 16 OS out of the box.
If it’s indeed a rebrand, the Nord 6 may arrive with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It could offer a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 16MP selfie camera. The phone may pack a large 9,000mAh battery and get 80W fast charging support and 27W reverse wired charging. An IP66/68/69/69K water and resistance rating could be in the mix.
