The OPPO Find X9 Ultra appears online with its 300mm teleconverter kit
If you take a look at the gallery below, you’ll see the three images that appeared online. The phone is covered by a case (for the most part), unfortunately, but at least we do get a great view of that telephoto extender aka teleconverter kit.

The case that covers the phone seems to be a dedicated case for that teleconverter kit. That telephoto extender attaches to that case, not to the phone’s camera directly. You’ll also notice a camera grip part of the case, with a shutter button and other controls.
How do we know this is a 300mm teleconverter kit? Well, Digital Chat Station, one of the best-known tipsters around, confirmed it . We’re just not sure on which of the phone’s two expected telephoto cameras this teleconverter kit will attach to.
As a reminder, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra is tipped to include wide, ultrawide, and two telephoto cameras. The phone is rumored to have a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with a 10x optical zoom, and a 200MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom .
OPPO is expected to use impressive new camera sensors
OPPO is also expected to bring new camera hardware to this phone, compared to its predecessor and the existing Find X8 series devices. Some new camera sensors were announced last year, and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra demonstrated the difference one of the makies.
Rumors are hinting that this could be one of the first devices to utilize Sony’s new LYT-901 camera sensor. That is Sony’s near 1-inch 200-megapixel camera sensor. OmniVision’s near 1-inch camera sensor is also rumored, so… it remains to be seen. The company could end up bringing both, though, for different cameras on the device.
The OPPO Find X8 Ultra was announced in April last year. The Find X9 Ultra will arrive in April this year, if not sooner.
