We have no reason to doubt Evan, so there you go. Unlike the Galaxy S25 series, which arrived in January last year, the company’s flagships for this year will launch towards the end of February.
Why the delay? Well, Samsung did decide to ditch the Galaxy S26 Pro and Galaxy S26 Edge rather late, and switch back to the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ (in addition to the Galaxy S26 Ultra).
That could have something to do with the delay. We’re only guessing, of course. The Galaxy S26 Edge could still launch at some point , though, but it won’t be a part of the main Galaxy S26 series that is coming in February.

They’ll be quite similar to their predecessors, though with a slight change in the rear camera design and corner curvature. The Galaxy S26 Ultra will actually look more similar to the other phones than its predecessors did.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is tipped to fuel the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The other two phones are said to utilize a dual-chip approach, with both the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Exynos 2600. Different markets will have a different chip included.
