Samsung announced on Wednesday, that it will open three new Samsung Experience Stores across the country. This includes Queens Center, New York; Mall of America, Minnesota; and Cerritos Center, California. All of these locations are set to open by the end of 2025.

The first Samsung Experience Stores opened in 2019 and has served as hubs “for education, exploration, and service – fulfilling the evolving needs of today’s consumers – and the newest stores continue this legacy” Samsung said in a statement.

These stores are the only direct-to-consumer option for Samsung at this point. And they are able to educate customers on new technology like Galaxy AI . The stores are filled with experts that are able to offer demonstrations and answer any questions that consumers might have.

“Samsung Experience Stores are designed to meet consumers where they are — in their towns, near their work, and where they shop,” said Dave Das, Executive Vice President, Mobile Experience, Samsung Electronics America. “We’re focused on expanding our retail presence to key high traffic locations across the country, so that our experts can interact with users one-on-one and show them the experience only Samsung can provide. We’re excited about the future of our Samsung Experience Stores and extended retail strategy that prioritizes hands-on experiences for consumers.”
