Scosche is one of the premier brands out there when it comes to phone accessories, so it should be no surprise that it’s bringing some new stuff to CES this year , and one of those new accessories is called the MagicMount Charge 5-in-1, a wireless charging, Qi2-capable mount for your car that lets you effortlessly keep your phone topped up as needed.
In addition to the MagicMount Charge 5-in-1, Scosche is also unveiling the MagicMount Charge Pro, the MagicGrip Charge, the PowerVolt 85 REEL, the PowerVolt 70 REEL, and the GoBat 10K. Outside of charging products, Scosche is also announcing the FoundIT, a magnetic wallet with RFID protection. All of these accessories will be shown off at CES to attendees. Consumers will be able to get their hands on most of these later in the year.
The Scosche MagicMount Charge 5-in-1 and most other accessories are launching in Q3
According to Scosche, most of the accessories aren’t going to be available until later in the year, specifically Q3. So it’ll be a bit of a wait before you can buy them. However, it does have the MagicMount Charge Pro available now , and the FoundIT magnetic wallet is launching in Q1. The prices on those are $59.99 and $44.99, respectively. Prices on the rest of the products range from $39.99 to $55.99.
If you have a newer iPhone or something like the Pixel 10 series , or a device that supports wireless charging, and it has a MagSafe-compatible case on it, then it might be worth waiting for the MagicMount Charge 5-in-1. Scosche says you can attach it securely to dashboards, windshields, and even tons of flat surfaces like the backs of displays or even countertops. So, it doesn’t just have to be a car mount.
It also has multiple points that rotate 360-degrees. That should help users put their phone into tons of possible orientation alternatives. Both it and the MagicMount Charge Pro will charge at up to 25W. Meanwhile, the PowerVolt 85 REEL is a 12V car charger that supports up to 85W speeds, and the PowerVolt 70- REEL is a wall charger that supports up to 70W speeds. It also has a built-in retractable USB-C cable, as well as two other ports for charging three devices at once.
