We now know the global launch date of the Vivo X300 series flagship smartphones. The Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro have been announced in China recently , and they’ll arrive to global markets on October 30.
The Vivo X300 flagship phones will arrive to global markets on October 30
Vivo has confirmed that it’s happening, as the two phones will be announced for the European markets. The duo will make its European debut at 5 PM on October 30, it would seem. We don’t know if an actual event will be hosted, but that’s unlikely.
That’s probably when Vivo will announce the details regarding global units, both their specs and availability details. Why don’t we think this is an actual event? Well, Vivo did host global media in China for the launch of the two phones recently, which is something the company would not have done if it planned to host a global launch event.
If you take a look at the image below, you’ll see an official confirmation of the event, albeit in Spanish. You can see both smartphones in the image, along with the Vivo X300 Pro’s Photography Kit.

Both phones are quite compelling, but the ‘Pro’ model has the edge
Both of these phones are actually quite compelling. The Vivo X300 is inferior to the Vivo X300 Pro, though, and it’s also smaller. It has a 6.31-inch display, compared to a 6.78-inch one on the Vivo X300 Pro, The ‘Pro’ model also has a larger battery, and several other advantages.
Both smartphones are fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Both of them also come with up to 16GB of RAM, at least in China, and UFS 4.1 dual-lane storage as well.
The Vivo X300 Pro does have a more powerful camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.28-inch camera sensor. That camera is backed by a 50-megapixel ultrawide unit with a 1/2.76-inch sensor size. The third camera on the back is a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto unit (1/1.4-inch sensor size, 3.7x optical zoom).
That is the same camera setup as on the Vivo X200 Pro , actually, but this phone comes with better camera processing. Both phones come with Android 16 and Vivo’s OriginOS 6 skin. Yes, OriginOS will now be included on global units as well, instead of Funtouch OS.
